Now I can’t take credit for these awesome protein balls, these are all down to Francesca Chiorando 🙂

These are such an easy treat to make, even I can do it and it only takes about 20 minutes from start to finish.
Ingredients:
200 grams of Ground Almonds
Two and a Half scoops of unflavoured protein powder
Almond extract
Three Tablespoons of Agave
One Tablespoon of Coconut Oil
100 grams of Glace Morello Cherries
Two Teaspoons of Black Cherry Jam
Desiccated Coconut (to roll balls in)
Method:
Chuck everything (except the desiccated coconut) into a bowl, mix together until combined. Pour the desiccated coconut onto a plate. Take a small amount in the palm of your hand and roll into a ball, then roll in the coconut to coat the outside.
Place in a container and put into the fridge to harden, about 30 minutes before eating.
Should make around 24 balls, depending on how big you want to make them
