Obstacle Course Racing – 1 Hour
  • For anyone wishing to work on their obstacle technique or just to learn how to do an obstacle, for example Rope Climb, Ninja Rings or Monkey Bars
Nutritional Advice
  • As part of my personal training sessions I can help fine tune your nutrition to suit your workouts and your goals.
