I’ve been working with Tom for just over 7 weeks and I’m really pleased with the results. Tom is really making me challenge my ability, building my strength, self esteem and confidence. I wanted to be able to go into the gym and use the weights and not feel self conscious about it and this week I did it! I’ve put an event in the diary since working with Tom which I’m looking forward to working towards. It’s a new type of event for me so its mentally and physically refreshing and a little but out if my comfort zone for me. My clothes are starting to fit differently. Today I had to buy trousers the next size down! What is also fantastic is that I’ve been able to achieve all this whilst juggling the responsibilities of running a business and a young family and I’m not feeling completely knackered! Tom is being a great supporter and I’m looking forward to seeing results develop in the next few weeks.

Tom is a highly motivational personal trainer who has not only improved my fitness and the physicality of my body but also my mentality towards exercising. When I first started my sessions I lacked the confidence and knowledge to do weights in the gym and would stick to cardio. After having 12 sessions with Tom I now feel fully equipped and confident in doing weights alone. My strength has increased, my body feels firmer, I feel healthier with nutritional advice Tom has given me and with his motivational attitude I have allowed myself to break some mental barriers of saying ‘I can’t do that’. I now can do those things I never thought I’d do! I would highly recommend Tom his sessions push you to be your best and you will definitely see all kinds of results as I have done!

I thought I knew so much about exercise and nutrition. I thought I couldn’t get Abs because I was 48 and had had two children. I thought carbs were the enemy. I thought I should only lift light weights.

Actually, I was wrong about everything. I decided to invest in myself and try yet another Personal Trainer, having been uninspired by several before. Tom has transformed my education and body in 3 months. I eat more, I’m stronger and I actually can’t believe how strong and lean my body is getting. I don’t want to give up and the best thing is, I still live life. It doesn’t have to be torture.

On the contrary, having a PT who knows what he is talking about is the best thing I have ever done.  He is very professional, dedicated, reliable and realistic and will push you to limits you thought you would never be capable of.

I really enjoy my sessions with Tom – he’s calm, collected and listens to what you want out of a personal training experience. He’s also really encouraging and doesn’t make you feel crap like a lot of personal trainers – telling me to focus on toning my arms and improving posture rather than saying I needed to lose a load of weight. But the thing I enjoyed the most was the actual workouts – we had enough rest in between hill runs and sets that I felt strong and enjoyed my session rather than collapsing in a sweaty heap – but boy, did I feel it the next day! So would thoroughly recommend Tom to anyone!

Tom gave me a kick start nutrition and fitness plan in prep for a big job I was doing abroad. He’s great at motivating you in workouts (too good, I hate him!) and his nutrition plan was tasty, effective and not hard to stick to at all.
