Tom is a highly motivational personal trainer who has not only improved my fitness and the physicality of my body but also my mentality towards exercising. When I first started my sessions I lacked the confidence and knowledge to do weights in the gym and would stick to cardio. After having 12 sessions with Tom I now feel fully equipped and confident in doing weights alone. My strength has increased, my body feels firmer, I feel healthier with nutritional advice Tom has given me and with his motivational attitude I have allowed myself to break some mental barriers of saying ‘I can’t do that’. I now can do those things I never thought I’d do! I would highly recommend Tom his sessions push you to be your best and you will definitely see all kinds of results as I have done!
